Is your material approved or accredited already by the SETA?
No, the material is not accredited but it is ready for submission for accreditation. We have sold the same packages to a number of providers and they never had any issues from the SETA/QCTO
What are the components of the package?
Each unit standard for historically registered SETA qualifications comes with the following guides

  • Assessor guide
  • Facilitator guide

  • Formative assessment
  • Summative assessment
  • Alignment matrix

QCTO packages comes with the following components:

  • Knowledge modules
  • Practical modules
  • Workplace modules
Should the SETA/QCTO identifies issues in the training material do you assist in fixing the issues

Definitely, we will assist should the SETA/QCTO evaluators identifies any gaps in our material – all you need to do is to submit a copy of the SETA evaluation report and we will fix all the gaps identified at no extra cost.

To assure you, the condition is included in our Service Level Agreement that you will receive after purchasing the material.

How do you deliver the training material after purchasing?
We deliver via drop box or we can sent a link for you to download via we transfer. We can also courier a disc to your location.
Can you come to our office to show us the material?
We can arrange to meet should your offices be around Gauteng.
Is it possible for me to see the sample of the unit standard i want to buy?
No, because of the intellectual nature of the material it is not possible, but I can give you a sample so you can see how it is developed and aligned to SETA & SAQA guidelines.
Do you assist with accreditation?
Yes we also assist with accreditation.
Can we edit/customise the material?
Yes you can edit the manuals to suit your training requirements, you can also customise by putting your logos
Does the material come as soft copy or hard copies?
We deliver the packages as electronic versions in word format.
How long does it take to develop a single unit standard?
Development of a unit standard takes 2 working days and delivery will be on the third day
